Risk Manager

You will drive risk oversight across the organization by maintaining and enhancing the risk governance framework, identifying and assessing existing and emerging risks, and implementing effective controls. You will manage incident response end-to-end, conduct root cause analyses, maintain the enterprise risk register, develop KRIs, and present risk findings to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute and enhance the firm risk governance framework
• Identify assess and report existing and emerging risks
• Design implement and monitor risk controls
• Maintain and update the enterprise risk register
• Conduct risk and control assessments across business processes
• Oversee incident management end-to-end including root cause analysis
• Develop and monitor key risk indicators
• Facilitate risk awareness training and workshops
• Partner with product engineering operations and compliance on risk implications

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in risk management within a financial institution
• Experience in digital assets crypto or fintech environments highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Risk Management Business or related discipline
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory expectations particularly MAS requirements
• Solid knowledge of operational risk management internal controls and governance practices
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of ownership adaptability and a collaborative hands-on mindset
