Route Sales Rep
AquaOne is looking for great drivers like you to fill positions as Route Sales Representatives (RSR) for established home and office delivery routes. MONDAY - FRIDAY
Route Sales Representatives deliver our quality products to customers in defined areas. These customers value our superior, personalized service. Qualified candidates must have a great attitude and a strong desire to succeed as an Individual and as part of a Team.
Delivery routes involve the sale of a variety of products to established customers who consistently purchase specific items for their home or office. The average annual pay for new RSR's working approximately 38-44 hours per week is $39,520 - $41,600.

Requirements:
- Delivery Route Experience Preferred
- Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
- Integrity and Dependability
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
- At least 21 years old, have less than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years and no driving-related convictions in the last 5 years
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Basic Math and Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Operation (Tablet or Smartphone)
- Sales or Negotiation Techniques a Plus
- Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Skills
- Knowledge of Abilene and surrounding areas for routing purposes
