Must haves:

Core skills- 5+ years UX designing
Figma
Experience in managing user stories with Agile, SCRUM, Lean, DevOps methodologies
Demonstrated experience with agile sprint management, bug tracking and testing life cycle management using Azure DevOps
5+ years experience in Digital Service Design
Demonstrated experience conducting iterative design proof-of-concepts / wireframes in Figma or other tools
Develops sound processes for requirements gathering including but not limited to JAD sessions, interviews, mockups, etc
Develops performance measures and traceability matrices for business analysis evaluation and conducts follow-up
Demonstrated experience conducting validation and verification of all design elements on webpages
