RSA IGA Specialist/Analyst

We are seeking a RSA IGA Specialist/Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the RSA Identity Governance and Administration suite, ensuring the security and proper governance of user access across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage RSA IGA solutions to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
• Configure and maintain IGA workflows, roles, and entitlements for various business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective IGA solutions especially when integrating with surrounding systems.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for any issues related to RSA IGA.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of access rights to ensure proper governance and reduce risks.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to IGA processes and procedures.
• Discussions with surrounding applications on integrations aspects with IGA module.
• Ability to understand REST & SOAP concepts.
• Ability to understand AD aspects.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to be able to explain the solution being implemented.
