Do you have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for coaching others? Join 360 Behavioral Health as a Safety & Support Trainer, where you'll play a key role in preparing our clinical teams to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

In this role, you'll train Behavior Interventionists and Direct Support Professionals on crisis prevention, safety procedures, and best practices that make a meaningful difference for our clients, families, and team members.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver engaging live virtual safety and crisis prevention training.
  • Train new Direct Support Professionals during onboarding.
  • Facilitate annual crisis intervention recertification courses.
  • Coach and support Behavior Interventionists through hands-on skills training.
  • Travel to California locations to provide in-person training as needed.
  • Partner with local clinical teams to improve safety and training outcomes.
  • Track training completion and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Help enhance training materials and learning experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Behavior Interventionist and/or Direct Support Professional utilizing ABA.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and interventions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Comfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person training.
  • Ability to travel throughout California as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when assisting clients.
  • Ability to successfully complete LiveScan, TB screening, and employment verification.
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain Crisis Intervention Trainer Certification.
