What You Will Do

Secure the Campus: Maintain a safe environment by conducting routine center-wide security tours, managing visitor control, and handling student accountability.

Investigate & Prevent: Look into campus incidents or accidents under management direction, prepare detailed reports, and recommend smart corrective actions.

Hazard Spotting: Perform routine safety inspections of equipment and facilities to proactively identify and eliminate security or health risks.

Respond to Emergencies: Take swift, appropriate action during urgent situations, serving as a reliable point of contact for staff and students.

Support Campus Life: Enforce occupational safety standards, help dorm staff with inspections, and provide occasional residential or transportation assistance.

Mentor Future Professionals: Act as a positive role model by modeling Career Success Standards, showing respect, and holding students accountable for their actions.
Qualifications & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required (Advanced degrees preferred).

Prior experience with Job Corps or a similar youth/community program is highly preferred.

Valid in-state Driver’s License with a driving record meeting company insurability requirements.

Physical capability to sit, stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Excellent communication skills to effectively share ideas, document incidents, and solve problems.
