Sales Account Executive
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven sales account executive to join our commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners, developing strong business relationships, and driving business growth. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiations to onboarding and ongoing partner support—while achieving sales targets and delivering an outstanding partner experience.
- Identify and acquire new restaurant partners, including local chains, independent restaurants, and cloud kitchens.
- Research potential partners and build a strong pipeline through cold calling, emails, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Maintain and update prospect activities using CRM tools.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrate the value of our platform to restaurant owners and managers.
- Promote the company's solutions, including increased visibility, delivery support, and marketing opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, onboarding fees, and promotional packages.
- Address partner objections and provide tailored business solutions.
- Guide partners through the onboarding process, including contract signing, menu digitization, and platform setup.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Train partners on platform features, dashboards, and order management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners while identifying upselling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and acquisition goals.
- Monitor sales performance, track progress against KPIs, and adjust sales strategies when needed.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in sales or any related field.
- CRM proficiency.
- Food delivery and restaurant industry knowledge.
- Sales and negotiation expertise.
- Communication and presentation skills.
