Job description

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our coffee shop team. This opportunity is exclusively for female UAE nationals who are passionate about customer service, sales, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Promote coffee products, beverages, and retail items to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback effectively.
• Process orders and payments accurately.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation within the coffee shop.
• Support daily store operations and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Assist with product displays, promotions, and marketing activities.

Requirements

• UAE national (Emirati) – female.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, coffee shops, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
