We're Hiring: Sales Assistant Intern (Full-Time or Part-Time Internship)
Location: Hoofddorp, NL | On-site
Duration: Min. 4 months | Start from mid July

We’re currently looking for a Sales Assistant Intern to support our regional sales and operations team. If you're eager to learn about international sales, order processing, and cross-functional coordination, this is your chance!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily follow-ups on customer orders and shipments
- Support data entry, order review, and system updates
- Coordinate internally with finance, supply chain, logistics & R&D to ensure smooth delivery
- Help with reporting, customer communications, and general admin tasks
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are enrolled in a Dutch higher education program and eligible for an internship agreement
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Are available 3–5 days/week for at least 4 months
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Speak and write fluent English and Chinese
