Sales / Business Development Manager

Storm Seed Studio is a game art outsourcing studio working with slot games, mobile games, iGaming projects, and creative game visuals.

We are looking for a Sales / Business Development Manager who can help us find new clients, build relationships, and grow the studio’s international project pipeline.
You will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, client communication, follow-ups, calls, and supporting negotiations. The main focus is on game studios, iGaming companies, casino game providers, and businesses that may need high-quality game art production.

We expect good English, strong communication skills, ownership, and genuine interest in creative/game outsourcing. Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or B2B communication is important. Experience in game art, iGaming, outsourcing, or creative production would be a strong plus.

Compensation

We offer a flexible cooperation model based on a fixed base during the trial period + commission from closed projects.
The exact terms are discussed individually based on your experience, level of ownership, and ability to manage the sales process independently.

After the trial period, we are open to reviewing the cooperation model depending on results, including a higher base, increased commission, or a broader profit-sharing structure.
