About the Role:

Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for building relationships over the phone? We are looking for a Sales Call Representative to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Present and promote products/services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales conversions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Confidence in handling objections and closing deals over the phone.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluent in Khmer and English (additional languages are a plus).
