The role coordinates the Casafina Realtors Network and Network of independent agents including but not limited to individual or corporate agents

The core responsibilities of the role will include the following;

Work with Partner channels including Sales consultants, Agents- (individuals or corporate) to ensure Project and allocated sales volume is achieved
Conceive, Plan and execute or development/training for partners and members of the Casafina Realtors Network as per agreed yearly program
Constantly engages with the general public to ensure ongoing recruitment of more qualified partners across existing realtor groups

Duties and Responsibilities

Design, review and implement the realtor's incentive program (the incentive program includes but is not limited to commission management, quarterly incentive bonuses, value-added service including virtual office facilities, external training etc)
Coordinate and ensure distribution of weekly communication to the consultant network
Coordinate and ensure delivery of the weekly or monthly realtor's webinars and other online/offline training events
Coordinate and facilitate where required orientation and new product training for existing and new members of the Casafina Realtor's Network
Organize and coordinate site inspections by consultant groups.
Plan and execute new product launch and related activities for the consultants within the CRN or other third party group
Work with the Brand communication team to ensure accuracy of product and corporate information dissemination to the consultant network
Other tasks as may be assigned from the Sales Manager from time to time

Good use of relevant CRM software

Must be great at networking, event planning and coordinating

Must be creative

Candidate must be able to moderate discussions

Preferred candidate must be able to foster engagements

Must have done a similar role

HND or BSC holder

NYSC certificate
