• Manage and develop relationships with vendors to support business growth and performance targets
• Work closely with sales and business development teams on product positioning and customer engagement strategies
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and vendor-led initiatives
• Maintain accurate and updated product, pricing, and vendor information
• Assist in operational, vendor coordination, and sales support activities across the business cycle
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
• Analyse sales and marketing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
• Ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners
