What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of the dealership and play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences by:

• Welcoming and assisting customers throughout their dealership visit
• Building relationships and identifying customer needs through thoughtful questions and active listening
• Guiding customers through the vehicle selection process
• Demonstrating vehicle features, performance, technology, and benefits
• Presenting available options, accessories, and upgrades
• Conducting engaging vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
• Staying current on Subaru products, features, and industry trends
• Delivering outstanding customer service from initial contact through vehicle delivery

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated individuals who are:

• Available to work Saturdays
• In possession of a valid driver's license
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• Accountable, dependable, and committed to delivering results

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. We value attitude, work ethic, and the desire to grow.
