What Nonstop is Looking For:
Nonstop is seeking an experienced sales professional in the New York metropolitan area with a demonstrable history of success in business-to-business selling through channels (e.g. distributors, brokers, et al). Ideal candidates must have a strong acumen for healthcare sales, relationship building, a consultative style, strong calculation skills, patience for long sales cycles, and the ability to embrace change. Successful candidates will work closely with a diverse team in a largely virtual environment (remote work), combined with significant travel.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new client and channel partner leads
- Schedule and facilitate meetings and presentations with prospects
- Conduct consultative prospect meetings with Producers, Account Managers, and Leadership from introductory meetings through financial analysis, quoting, and closing primarily virtually, occasionally in-person
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with preferred partners
- Prepare financial analysis proposals
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Work closely with a team of coordinators, sales, marketing, and account management members
- Assist the Account Management team with client retention as needed
- Occasionally conduct informational webinars
- Occasionally attend conferences as both an exhibitor and potential speaker, to generate leads, connect with clients and cultivate partner relationships
