Job Description

Position Overview:
Responsible for coordinating account support that strengthens the Oklahoma Lottery's corporate retailer network. Coordinate strategic initiatives, sales support activities, retailer implementation, equipment initiatives, operational improvements, and retailer training while promoting retailer success, operational excellence, and the consistent execution of OLC programs and policies. The role works collaboratively with OLC Sales Coordinators, Scientific Games and internal departments to support department-wide projects, statewide Lottery initiatives, and the effective delivery of retailer programs and services.

Essential Functions:

  • Relationship Management
    Collaborate with strategic key accounts to strengthen business partnerships, support chain-wide initiatives, promote effective communication, and enhance retailer performance through the successful execution of Oklahoma Lottery programs and strategic initiatives.

  • New Store Openings
    Coordinate operational readiness and retailer implementation activities for new corporate retail locations. Collaborate with Scientific Games and internal departments to ensure successful implementation of Lottery products, equipment, operational procedures, and retailer training while maintaining compliance with agency policies and procedures.

  • Training Initiatives
    Coordinate retailer training initiatives that support corporate retail partners, promote operational consistency, and reinforce Lottery policies, procedures, product knowledge, and best practices. Collaborate with Scientific Games and internal departments to support the successful implementation of new programs, equipment, and operational initiatives.

  • Equipment Analysis and Placement
    Evaluate corporate retailer operations, sales performance, and business needs to develop equipment recommendations, placement strategies, and merchandising opportunities that improve product visibility, customer accessibility and overall sales performance. Coordinate equipment implementation in collaboration with Scientific Games and internal departments.

  • Scientific Games Field Team Support
    Collaborate with Scientific Games and internal departments to support field sales operations through effective communication, coordination of operational initiatives, equipment implementation and issue resolution. Foster strong partnerships to ensure consistent execution of Oklahoma Lottery programs, strategic initiatives, and retailer support efforts.

  • Sales Analysis & Reporting

    Utilize sales data to monitor retailer performance, identify trends, evaluate operational effectiveness, and recommend opportunities that support retailer success and sales growth.

  • Project Support and Assigned Duties

    Support department projects, statewide initiatives, process improvements, retailer engagement efforts, equipment rollouts, training initiatives, and other assignments that advance Oklahoma Lottery strategic objectives and enhance the retailer experience.

  • Conflict of Interest
    All Oklahoma Lottery Commission employees are prohibited from having a financial interest in any vendor doing business or proposing to do business with the Commission.

  • Background Investigation
    A background investigation will be conducted on each applicant who has reached the final selection process prior to employment. The results shall be classified as confidential and not subject to an Open Records request.
