Sales Coordinator

About the Client: A trusted name in marine equipment supply, certifications, and maintenance within Dubai marine industry. Job Description: • Prepare accurate sales quotations, commercial offers and proposals based on customer inquiries and RFQs. • Coordinate with the Operations Manager, technical teams, and suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and technical information. • Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and confirmed orders, ensuring smooth coordination through to delivery/service execution. • Maintain sales records, quotations, purchase orders, and related documentation while providing general administrative support to the sales team

Qualifications: • Male Indian national, aged 35 or below. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or related field • At least 1 year of UAE experience in the similar role within marine services and supplies or shipping logistics industry.
