Sales & Customer Experience Agent

What you'll do:

• Talk to people (a lot) — inbound and outbound calls with residents who are moving, helping them set up everything they need
• Turn interest into sales by following up on leads quickly and confidently
• Build rapport fast — the same instinct that got you good tips is the instinct that closes here
• Keep track of customers and orders using Salesforce
• Solve problems on the spot and leave people feeling taken care of
• Hit your numbers as part of a team that has your back

What you bring:

• No fear of a fast pace or a full queue — service industry experience (restaurants, bars, retail, hospitality) is a huge plus
• Comfortable talking to strangers and making them feel like regulars
• Some sales, upselling, or commission-based experience (formal or informal)
• Thick skin for "no" and the persistence to turn it into "yes"
• A team player who also knows how to close on their own
