Sales Development Representative

The Opportunity

As an SDR on our global team, you'll open doors at major multinationals and uncover where language training can change how their people work. It takes persistence, strategic instincts, and the creativity to get a busy executive to say yes.

The job requires persistence, strategic acumen, and creativity. This role is ideal for someone looking to get their first experience in a corporate setting where extensive training will be provided to ensure you are set up for success!

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and gather valuable market intelligence
• Make outbound calls to senior executives to meet sales and meeting goals
• Partner with Account Managers to create customized plans for sales territories, supporting
  the sales cycle and driving urgency
• Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process
• Track all activities in Salesforce and ensure contact information is up to date
• Recruit clients to webinars and events

The skills & experience we look for

• 0-2 years in B2B business development experience
• Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence
• Exceptional communication skills
• Professional knowledge of English & fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
• Any additional language skills are a plus
• Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
