Sales Development Representative (Vietnamese)
David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for a Vietnamese speaking Sales Development Representative, to join our client's team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage relationships with merchants and develop a strong understanding of their business needs
Identify suitable advertising and promotional solutions based on merchant objectives
Proactively engage with clients through outbound calls and emails to generate sales opportunities
Educate merchants on the benefits and potential impact of advertising and promotional campaigns
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets
Provide recommendations and solutions designed to increase merchant sales and customer satisfaction
Manage and support specific advertising and promotional campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
Analyse available performance data and dashboards to support commercial decisions
Maintain a proactive, consultative approach throughout the sales process
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support client and business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
C1/C2 or native-level proficiency in Vietnamese
C1/C2 or native-level proficiency in English
2–4 years of relevant professional experience
Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, pre-sales or an advertising agency environment
Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Analytical approach with strong decision-making skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Degree in Business Operations, Business Administration, Business Communication, Computer Science or a related field.
