Sales Director

You will target crypto-native and financial services accounts in the UK. You will work with sales engineers and business development colleagues to achieve revenue targets build prospect and customer relationships plan territories and accounts and maintain the CRM. You will prospect actively and close complex deals in financial services and fintech.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Work with the BDR and go-to-market teams
• Build and maintain prospect and customer relationships
• Plan prospects territories and accounts
• Update and maintain the CRM
• Prospect crypto-native and financial services accounts
• Close complex financial services and fintech deals

Requirements

• Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales
• Experience selling to financial services crypto blockchain or fintech organizations
• Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
• Experience in financial services cybersecurity or cryptocurrency is preferred
• Track record of over-achievement
• Experience prospecting and hunting for business
• Experience in a team-selling environment
• Experience closing complex deals in financial services or fintech
