Sales Enablement Specialist
You will create training modules, quizzes, demonstrations, certification materials, and enablement assets that help marketers, partners, new hires, and Account Executives understand and use the platform. You will manage learning content in the LMS, coordinate reviews, track learner and AE feedback, maintain accurate materials, and translate product capabilities into practical learning experiences and sales resources.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain training modules, quizzes, and hands-on proofs
- Draft lesson content, product walkthroughs, and certification materials
- Produce and update training videos and guided demonstrations
- Create demo scenarios, scripts, and workflows for Account Executives
- Develop prospect-facing one-pagers, guides, and short videos
- Manage content organization and publishing within the LMS
- Coordinate reviews with product owners and subject-matter experts
- Track learner feedback, AE readiness, completion rates, and demo usage
- Update stale or inconsistent materials
- Collaborate across product, sales, marketing, and partnerships
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in marketing, marketing operations, or a related role
- Understanding of repetitive manual work in marketing
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical ideas clearly and concisely
- Comfort learning software quickly and working directly in the product
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Ability to turn product knowledge into learning experiences and sales materials
- Experience building training, onboarding, certification, or sales enablement content
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, authoring tools, or video creation and editing workflows
- Experience with martech, CMS, or automation platforms such as Sitecore, Salesforce, or HubSpot
