Sales Engineer

Qualification and/or experienced required:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, BA or related field
Minimum 3 years relevant experiences
Proven track record converting leads to customers
Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders
Creative in explaining and presenting product solution / product concept in an easy-tounderstand manner
Construction business background would be advantage
Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills
Self-motivated attitude and customer service orientation
Good command of spoken and written English
Sufficient knowledge in computer literacy (MS Office)
Possess technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Autocad, CRM, Microsoft Office etc.

Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate with Account Managers in managing account activities and processes.
Analyze and manage account renewal process.
Analyze and resolve client queries in an accurate and timely manner.
Develop and maintain client reports.
Review reports for accuracy and integrity.
Manage endorsement requests and change requests from customers.
Develop account management plan to meet business objectives.
Organize staff training for performance and skill development.
Ensure client deliverables are in accordance with company standards.
Review and manage fund transactions, payments, invoicing, remittance, etc
