Sales Excellence Transformation & Performance Analyst

This role is part of a defined progression within Sales Excellence, where scope and impact expand alongside capability. Responsibilities are supporting end-to-end solutions, driving broader transformation initiatives, influencing cross-functional strategy, and standardization efforts across the commercial organization.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Process Improvement & Automation

- Develop and maintain automated solutions to improve Sales Operations.

- Translate business requirements in to scalable solutions and execute pipeline projects. Reduce manual effort through automation, data pipelines and standardize workflows.

Sales operations transformation & tools ownership

- Develop and maintain advance excel models, PBI dashboard, and other analytical tools.

- Support all training, communication and user support for Sales Operations tools and reports.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Sales Operations tools and Reports. -

- Work closely with IT where needed but remain accountable for business solutions.

-Document processes, data sources, and technical logic to ensure continuity and scalability.

- Own and maintain customer and SKU master data, including regular process reviews and data cleansing activities.

EDUCATION

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.

- English C1

EXPERIENCE

- Preferred 3 years of experience in roles combining sales operations and technical development. (Sales Ops, Commercial analytics, process improvement, or similar)

- Advanced skill in Python for data analysis, automation, and process optimization.

- Strong proficiency in PowerBI.

- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA).

- Experience supporting Sales or Commercial organizations is required.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
