Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, target-oriented Sales Executive specializing in B2B contract acquisition within the cleaning services and general labour supply sectors. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of pitching to facility managers, procurement heads, and corporate clients, securing lucrative, long-term manpower and maintenance contracts across UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients for commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and general labour supply (skilled and unskilled workers).
Contract Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from cold calling and initial meetings to technical/commercial proposal drafting, contract negotiation, and closing.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry demands in the UAE facilities management and labour sectors to maintain a competitive edge.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Facility Managers, HR Directors, Operations Managers, Real Estate Developers).
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Operations and HR teams to ensure deployed manpower and cleaning crews meet client expectations and contract specifications.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of proven B2B sales experience specifically within the cleaning services, FM (Facilities Management), or manpower/labour supply industry in the UAE.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE labour regulations, visa categories, and the operational dynamics of deploying general labour and cleaning staff.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in English, Hindi/Urdu is a significant plus.
Education: Higher Secondary.
License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

1. Industry-Specific Expertise
Manpower & FM Acumen: Deep understanding of the facilities management (FM) ecosystem, outsourcing models, and how manpower supply chains operate.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE labour laws, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) guidelines, visa regulations, and compliance standards surrounding deployed labour.
Pricing & Costing Acumen: Ability to calculate profit margins, overhead costs, and competitive pricing structures for hourly, daily, monthly, or project-based labour and cleaning contracts.
2. Core Sales & Business Development Skills
B2B Hunting & Prospecting: Proven ability to source leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and digital channels (LinkedIn, industry directories).
Solution Selling: Skill in identifying a client’s specific operational bottlenecks (e.g., high turnover, compliance issues, hygiene standards) and tailoring the service pitch to solve them.
Tender & Proposal Management: Expertise in reading, interpreting, and responding to complex RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFQs (Requests for Quotations), and tender documents.
Negotiation & Closing: Strong persuasion skills to handle objections regarding pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and payment terms, ultimately closing profitable deals.
3. Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Relationship Management: High emotional intelligence (EQ) to build trust and long-term rapport with facility managers, procurement heads, and operations directors.
Multilingual Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi, or Urdu is highly advantageous given the diverse client and workforce demographic in the UAE.
Cross-Cultural Competence: Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders, ranging from corporate boardrooms to site operations teams.
4. Operational & Self-Management Skills
Strong organizational skills to manage a busy schedule of client visits, site surveys, and administrative reporting across UAE.
