Sales Executive
As a sales executive, you own the dealer relationship end to end — from cold approach through to renewal. That means finding dealerships, closing them, getting them properly onboarded, and keeping them active enough that they renew. New business and account management are not split between two people here; they are the same job.
Dealer acquisition
- Prospect and qualify car dealerships, parts suppliers, rental companies, and service providers across Qatar.
- Run showroom visits across areas where dealer are clustered — this role is mostly on the road, not behind a desk.
- Pitch our subscription tiers, explain the commercial value clearly, handle objections, negotiate within approved limits, and close the sign-up.
- Maintain a clean, current pipeline with accurate notes, stage tracking, and follow-up discipline.
- Hit agreed monthly targets for new dealer sign-ups and paid tier conversions.
Onboarding and account management
- Walk newly signed dealers through account setup, dashboard access, and listing creation — including doing the first upload with them when needed.
- Collect and check inventory data (photos, specs, pricing) and help dealers get their listings live.
- Train dealer staff on the platform and act as their first point of contact for questions and issues.
- Monitor account activity, spot dealers who have gone quiet, and re-engage them before renewal is at risk.
- Handle renewals, upgrades, and downgrades; recover lapsed accounts.
- Escalate technical problems to the tech team with clear, reproducible detail.
Wearing other hats
- Feed market intelligence back to management — pricing pressure, competitor activity, feature gaps, and objections you keep hearing.
- Help gather content for the platform and marketing: dealer photos, inventory data, listings, testimonials.
- Support platform QA by reporting bugs and broken flows you encounter in the field.
- Assist with events, dealer meetings, and campaign pushes as needed.
Reporting
- Keep CRM and tracking sheets updated daily.
- Produce weekly pipeline and activity reports, and monthly performance summaries against target.
Skills
Required
- Bilingual Arabic and English — fluent spoken Arabic is essential for dealer conversations; written English is essential for internal reporting.
- 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development — automotive, SaaS, classifieds, advertising backgrounds are all relevant.
- Genuine computer literacy. You must be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, web-based admin dashboards, and cloud file storage.
- Valid Qatari driving licence and own transport, with willingness to travel across Qatar daily.
- Self-managed pipeline discipline — you plan your own week, log your own activity, and follow up without being chased.
- Resilience with cold outreach — a high tolerance for rejection and repeated follow-up.
- Startup temperament — comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, incomplete processes, and doing work that is technically not your job.
