Sales Executive

SALES EXECUTIVE (EXPRESS COURIER)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain an existing portfolio of customers through regular follow-ups and sales calls.

• Secure new business opportunities and generate leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.

• Handle customer inquiries, reservations and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

• Track sales pipeline and report progress to management.

Candidate Profile

• Advanced Level (A/L) or an equivalent educational qualification.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and excellent email correspondence skills.
