Position Overview:
Are you a proactive and personable communicator? We’re looking for a Sales Lead Catcher to engage with customers, our sales team, and office staff to promote our industry-leading water treatment products. In this dynamic role, you’ll monitor incoming digital and phone leads, respond to customer inquiries, and manage inbound/outbound calls to schedule appointments and drive sales. If you’re a motivated self-starter who enjoys variety and new challenges, this is the perfect role for you!

What We’re Looking For:

• An Associate degree (preferred) with 1-2 years of sales experience

• Professional phone and presentation skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media

• Computer savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office and web-based platforms

• Ability to build sustainable relationships of trust with customers on a regular basis

• Excellent time management and ability to work independently

• Ability to obtain a Culligan Sales License within 90 days

• A valid driver’s license
