Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesale Food Distribution (FMCG)
- Position Title: Sales Manager
- Working Location: Novena
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: Flexible working hours)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Commissions + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales plans and achieve sales targets.
- Manage existing accounts and develop new customers.
- Build relationships with retailers, supermarkets, foodservice customers, and distributors.
- Conduct customer and store visits to monitor sales and market needs.
- Promote products and support product launches and promotions.
- Negotiate pricing, listings, and commercial terms.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and delivery.
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets.
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food distribution, retail, or wholesale.
- Strong sales, business development, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Experience achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
- Sales team leadership experience is advantageous.
