Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
- Assisting individual sales consultants to close sales with a professional appearance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sales Manager: 1 year (Required)
- Valid state driver's license
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily activities of the new car sales department.
- Devise strategies that ensure everyone is meeting their goals.
- Respond to all leads received in a timely fashion.
- Ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction.
- Helping sales team to train and develop new talent for success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
