Sales Manager / Business Director – Aviation MRO Location: Europe – Fully Remote Industry: Aviation MRO – Line & Base Maintenance On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager / Business Director to drive business development and commercial growth within the European aviation MRO market. This is a fully remote position, allowing the successful candidate to be based anywhere in Europe. However, regular travel will be required to meet clients and colleagues, attend industry events and conferences, and support other business-related activities when required. We are looking for someone who already knows the aviation MRO industry, understands the commercial dynamics of aircraft maintenance and can identify and develop new business opportunities while building strong, long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across the European aviation MRO market. Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and business development activities. Understand customer maintenance requirements and work with internal teams to develop appropriate commercial solutions. Identify market opportunities and contribute to the company's commercial growth strategy. Represent the company during client meetings, industry events, and conferences. Support the continued development and expansion of the company's Line and Base Maintenance business. Requirements Previous professional experience within an Aviation MRO / aircraft maintenance environment – MANDATORY. Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Commercial Management, or a similar client-facing role. Strong understanding of Line Maintenance and/or Base Maintenance operations and the wider MRO market. Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Ability to work independently within a fully remote and international environment. Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly for business purposes. European passport – MANDATORY. English – minimum B2 level – MANDATORY. Important Previous Aviation MRO experience, a European passport and a minimum B2 level of English are essential requirements for this position.
