Sales Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our retail team and drive overall store performance. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, developing the team, improving customer retention, and delivering an outstanding beauty retail experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve monthly sales targets and store profitability
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate the sales team
- Develop effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives
- Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, team performance, and customer retention
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and repeat customers
- Oversee inventory, stock levels, and stock control
- Maintain excellent customer service and store standards
- Handle customer feedback, escalations, and VIP clients professionally
- Work closely with the Marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
- Analyse sales performance and provide recommendations to management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, customer-service, and business acumen
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Singapore retail experience will be an advantage
