Job Description

• Position Title: Sales Manager (Oil & Gas / Valves)
• Working Location: Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 17:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Petrol Reimbursement + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts and develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Negotiate contracts and support successful deal closures.
• Conduct market analysis and prepare sales forecasts.
• Monitor and report sales performance to the Sales Manager/Director.
• Support customers in the Oil & Gas industry and apply knowledge of instrumentation and valves where required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Process, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, business development, or a related technical field.
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and customer relationship skills.
• Good understanding of market analysis and sales forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Driving licence and own vehicle would be advantageous.
• Industry experience is an advantage.
