Job Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Manager Sales – Sea Export to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets within the sea freight export sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of freight forwarding, export logistics, and international shipping, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure service excellence.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while generating and converting leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and minimize operational delays.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and customer requirements to support business growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including HSSE, sanctions, anti-money laundering, whistleblowing, and anti-corruption policies.
• Promote a strong health, safety, and compliance culture within the department.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry in a similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of sea export operations and customer handling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken).
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
