Role overview
This role offers the opportunity to drive commercial performance across a growing retail operation, helping shape sales strategy, strengthen partner relationships, and support continued market growth. The sales manager will play a central role in turning sales insights into action, leading teams to deliver results, and ensuring strong coordination across stores, key accounts, and leadership stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and monitor store sales teams across assigned locations.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key retail partners and major accounts.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for leadership.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in retail management, including multi-store retail oversight or managing store teams across several locations.
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree.
- Experience in bedding or mattress products specifically, or in the broader home furnishings sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel for forecasting, ERP systems, CRM tools, and retail sales reporting dashboards.
- Experience managing key retail partners, distributors, and major accounts.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Saudi or Lebanese national.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across store locations or regional accounts.
