Sales Manager (Semiconductor)
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage sales activities and account performance for an assigned strategic global customer.
· Achieve revenue and sales targets for the assigned account and product portfolio.
· Serve as the primary commercial contact for the customer and coordinate account-related matters across regions.
· Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
· Monitor customer demand, sales forecasts, product requirements, and supply status.
· Coordinate closely with product, supply chain, operations, quality, and Headquarters teams to support customer requirements.
· Manage customer issues and ensure timely communication, escalation, and resolution.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, account updates, and management presentations.
· Monitor industry trends, customer business developments, competitor activities, and memory market conditions relevant to the assigned account.
Requirements:
· Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
· At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related commercial role within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
· Experience working with global customers and cross-regional stakeholders is preferred.
· Good understanding of semiconductor products, customer demand, pricing, supply chain, and commercial processes.
