Sales & Marketing Associate (India)

We are SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a BPO and Technology Solutions provider located in Selangor, where innovation meets excellence. As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are hiring for a client that is in the retail FX and CFDs space. We are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Associate (India Market)

We are looking for passionate conversion associates to join our clients retail FX & CFDs company. This role will be focus on the India market and the selected candidates will engage with potential clients via phone and other social media tools to introduce the company product and services

What will you be doing:
Engage with potential clients through telesales to promote our Retail FX & CFDs products.
Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist clients in the account opening process and guide them through the onboarding journey.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for client conversion and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and our products to better assist clients.

Who are we looking for:
Bachelor's degree in any related field
Must fluent in both English and Hindi is a MUST.
Have experienced and exposure with India market before.
Minimum of 5 year of experiences in telesales or customer handling, preferably in financial services.
Knowledge or experience in the FX & CFDs industry is a MUST.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
