Sales Operations Bid Coordinator

The Sales Operations Bid & Proposal Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Pyle’s growth by managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) process from receipt through submission. Working closely with Enterprise Sales, Pricing, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams, this position serves as the central coordinator for bid activity, ensuring proposals are organized, accurate, and submitted on time.
