Sales Operations Management Assistant

Salary Range: $4,000 - $6,000

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Operations Management Assistant to support our Korea customer portfolio within the marine industry.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys working at the intersection of customer support, commercial operations, and transaction administration. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operational activities, ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and effective coordination between internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational, administrative, and commercial activities for the Korea customer portfolio.
• Monitor and communicate delivery status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate the flow of pricing, market, and port-related information across the business.
• Assist with transaction administration, execution, and contract management activities.
• Prepare sales confirmations and ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain organised records and ensure transaction documentation is complete and compliant with internal procedures.
• Compile operational and performance data, prepare reports, and support business analysis activities.
• Monitor operational metrics and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Utilise Korean language proficiency (written and spoken) to support business communications and relationship management with Korean-speaking customers, suppliers, and stakeholders in the Korea market.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, business partners, and internal teams across regional markets to support operational and commercial requirements.
• Build strong working relationships and provide a high level of customer service in a multicultural and international business environment.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer support, sales operations, commercial support, operations, or administrative roles.
• Experience in marine, shipping, commodities, energy, trading, or related industries is advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
