The Company:
The company is located in Acacia Ridge, QLD. They have
experienced rapid growth supplying
disposal food packaging/industrial packaging to more than 700 businesses
from Cafés, Franchise Chains, Pubs, Restaurants, Supermarkets and Wholesalers across Australia. The Company
has been operating for over 13 years and are now on a new phase of growth with
a genuine determination to double or triple our turnover in the next 2 to 5
years. As a result, they are now seeking a highly driven and passionate Sales
Representative / Junior Sales Executive to join their supportive and
well-established team on a permanent full-time basis.
The Role:
This role is an entry
level role and suited to someone who is hungry to prove how great they are
through winning new business and growing existing customers basket value.
The ideal candidate:
To be
considered as a successful candidate you need to be able to show / achieve /
enjoy:
- Face to face cold calling on a daily basis
- Work directly with the National Sales Manager and or the Managing Director to achieve growth of the business through take away, restaurant, and food service customers.
- Identify and successfully close deals and new customers
- Developing business strategies to
create new business and partnerships
- Managing a pipeline through a CRM tool
- Be a great problem solver
- Be a great communicator
- Be computer literate
- Be a quick learner
- Performing general administrative
functions
- Willing to follow instructions to a
tee and believe in the guidance and mentoring given to you
- Have an infectious personality that
sees prospective customers drawn to you
- Be accountable for YOUR wins and
losses
