Sales Representative - Southern Region

Position Summary

Richard's Paint is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to support and grow our distributor network within the Florida territory. This role is responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting distributor sales efforts with contractors, builders, property managers, and related customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and end users.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.

· Travel regularly within the territory to meet customers.

· Present and demonstrate products using samples and catalogs.

· Collaborate internally on pricing, quotes, and credit terms.

· Maintain accurate sales records and expense reports.

· Partner with inside sales teams to update account activity.

· Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.

· Stay informed on industry trends and product updates.

Qualifications

Proven outside sales experience preferred in coatings, construction materials, or related industries. Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.

Education & Requirements

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Valid driver's license with clean record.
