Sales Representative Underground Construction
Sika Ukraine invites a Sales Representative for the underground waterproofing segment to work with TM Sika products manufactured by the Swiss concern Sika — a global leader in technologies and solutions for the construction and industrial sectors, including sealants, adhesives, protective coatings, and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze the construction market and identify projects at the concept and design stage.
- Ensure specification of Sika solutions and systems in project documentation.
- Identify and develop partnerships to implement Sika solutions in projects (educational institutions, hospitals, public buildings, industrial facilities, office and residential complexes, etc.).
- Drive active sales by managing and expanding both existing and prospective customer portfolios.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals tailored to project requirements.
- Work with technical documentation: translation, adaptation, and development of technical solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Provide technical support and ensure coordination of product deliveries to customers.
- Consult clients and support projects throughout the implementation phase.
- Participate in technical training sessions and workshops organized by Sika manufacturers.
- Maintain accurate reporting in CRM (Salesforce).
- Location: Kyiv, with business travel across Ukraine.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- High level of responsibility and discipline
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and proactive mindset
- At least 5 years of experience in construction materials sales
- Experience working with design/project documentation and CAD systems
- Higher technical education
- English level: Intermediate
- Valid Category B driving license
