Responsibilities
What You'll Earn
- $1,200–$1,500/week average earnings
- $2,000–$4,000+/week for top performers
- Weekly pay
- Uncapped commission — your effort sets your ceiling
- New Start Bonus up to $1,500 for strong starters
What You'll Do
- Get out in assigned Newark neighborhoods and talk to real customers
- Present energy-saving options to homeowners in a simple, conversational way
- Enroll customers using MPower's proven process
- Hit daily and weekly activity goals set by your team lead
- Show up, stay coachable, and compete every day
Qualifications
