Window World, America's largest replacement window company, is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our Grand Prairie team.

As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who are interested in Window World products and help them find the right solutions for their homes, including replacement windows, doors, and siding.

No cold calling! We provide warm, verified leads daily, giving you the opportunity to focus your time on meeting with interested customers, building relationships, and closing sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners using company-provided leads
• Learn about each customer's home improvement needs and recommend the right products and services
• Present and sell Window World windows, doors, siding, and related products
• Measure windows and project areas to prepare accurate product and cost estimates
• Prepare and present estimates to prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
• Manage assigned leads and customer accounts
• Maintain knowledge of Window World products, services, promotions, and industry trends
• Provide excellent customer service from the initial consultation through the sale
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales or related customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment
• Ability to build rapport and confidently communicate with homeowners
• Ability to overcome objections and stay motivated throughout the sales process
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Schedule flexibility based on customer appointments
• Ability to attend weekly Wednesday meetings at our Grand Prairie office
• Ability to attend a 2-week paid training
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
