Sales Specialist Outsource
Role purpose
To drive revenue growth and expand our market share by executing strategic sales plans, identifying and securing new high-value business opportunities, and managing key corporate client relationships within the manpower supply and HR outsourcing sector.
Key responsibilities
- Sales execution & business growth
• Execute targeted sales strategies to consistently achieve individual monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and regional markets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving prospects efficiently from initial contact to closing.
• Prepare and present accurate personal sales forecasts and pipeline performance reports to management. - Sales execution & business growth
• Prospect, pitch to, and convert high-potential corporate clients in target sectors such as FMCG, retail, hospitality, logistics, facility management, and government.
• Deliver professional client presentations, handle objections, and lead sales negotiations.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR directors, procurement managers, and operations heads).
• Conduct periodic business reviews with active clients to ensure service satisfaction, driving retention and account upselling. - Contracting & commercials
• Draft and lead contract discussions in strict alignment with company pricing structures and margin policies.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to finalize accurate cost sheets, commercial proposals, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure all commercial agreements comply with Saudi labor regulations, Qiwa/MHRSD manpower rules, and company risk guidelines. - Coordination with internal teams
• Work closely with recruitment, operations, visa & onboarding, and quality teams to ensure seamless service delivery for newly acquired clients.
• Monitor and follow up on client onboarding schedules, resource joining dates, visa processing timelines, and replacement requests.
• Act as the primary escalation point for client issues, coordinating internally to resolve disputes promptly. - Reporting & performance management
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date CRM records, documenting all pipeline activities, communications, and client data.
• Submit detailed weekly and monthly sales performance and pipeline reports to leadership.
• Monitor competitor activities, market rate changes, and industry trends to adapt sales pitches effectively.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
Experience
4+ years of proven, high-performing corporate sales experience.
Strong preference: experience working within HR service providers, manpower companies, or outsourcing agencies (e.g., companies specializing in professional employer organizations (PEO), employer of record (EOR) services, corporate recruitment, or blue/white-collar leasing).
An active, strong corporate client network within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Solid experience in autonomously structuring commercial offers, corporate proposals, and responding to tenders/RFPs.
