Role overview
The sales specialist will act as a key link between our client and its clients, driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. This role requires a proactive professional with strong knowledge of the B2B packaging industry, particularly in folding cartons, and the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage new customers to generate business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored carton packaging solutions.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B packaging sales experience (folding cartons preferred).
- Experience in the Saudi market is an advantage.
- Strong background in sales and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and committed to customer success.
