Sales Supervisor

Experience - Experience in handling small team of 2-5 people in sales.
Sales from Mobile industry related to mobile accessories preferred. (Mobile covers , screen guards, exclusive skins , customized mobile accessories etc)
Years of experience - 2 years in team handling for sales division.

Salary: 25K THB+ Performance-based incentives


Locations: Multiple locations across Thailand, including Central Pinklao (เซ็นทรัล ปิ่นเกล้า), Siam Paragon, Betrend, Bangkapi, and other key malls.

Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Thai (Must be able to report to other nationals present in the company management in English).

Reporting to: Head of Business, Mobile Outfitters Singapore, Thailand & Bangladesh

Unique Selling Proposition (USP): Lifetime replacements for most accessories with minimal charges, world's thinnest mobile screen guards, and plans to expand to 3-5 locations in Thailand.

Job Time: As per mall operating hours (10 am to 10 pm)

Job Mode: On-site work at designated locations

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of sales executives, ensuring sales targets are met.

Handle administrative duties, including HR coordination, attendance reporting, and legal matters.

Liaise with international management for effective communication and coordination.

Visit all locations frequently, monitoring work progress of sales executives and ensuring standards are maintained.

Uphold the company's USPs and contribute to the growth and expansion plans in Thailand.
