Job Description:

• Develops A Business Plan And Sales Strategy That Ensures Attainment Of Company Sales Goals And Profitability In Project Channel.
• Develop The New Project Distributor And Spec In Products In Each Segment Like Residential/ Hospitality/Industry etc.
• Maintain And Support Current Distributor To Further Develop The End Customer Like /developer/contractor /Owner.
• Assists In The Development And Implementation Of Marketing Plans As Needed. Proposal And Training The New Products Knowledge To The Customers Like Architect/Consultant/Designer.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years sales management experience level in similar industry.
• Under 35 years old.
• College degree or above.
• Have had new employee orientation, safety training and required working related training.
• Fluent in English Communication.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team with high team spirit.
