Sales Support & Quotations
- Generate cost estimates and proposals based on customer needs, leveraging your electrical curiosity and product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and guidance throughout the quotations process.
- Utilize SAP system, website resources, support from teammates and technical experts to gather information and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
- Assist outside sales team and management team in processing priority inquiries.
- Participating in meetings and trainings opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and product knowledge.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
