About the role

Job Summary
The Sr. Order Support Specialist is responsible for managing complex customer orders, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining accurate records in order management systems. This role operates with autonomy and supports continuous improvement in customer service and order fulfillment processes.
This job profile is intended for support-level staff that generally works autonomously and only requires closer supervision in non-routine situations.

This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization. Key Responsibilities Process complex customer orders and resolve delivery issues. Track product availability, delivery dates, and pricing updates. Act as liaison between customers, production, and distribution teams. Analyze customer inquiries, complaints, and service trends. Maintain accurate records and ensure system updates. Support continuous improvement initiatives in order administration. Skills & Qualifications Typically requires vocational training (or equivalent experience) and several years of relevant work experience to carry out the role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in order processing and customer service. Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
